| Corfe House in Poole was our first project over 6 stories in height and was installed in just 42 days. Incorporating a leak detection system and an enhanced kitchen and studio room specification. 375 total modules with 55 design variants and a contract value of £3.85m |

Somerset Court |

| Completed in 2006 Somerset Court, in Kings Cross, services students attending London's universities. The project incorporated a new primary school for 240 children underneath the modular units and the installation team had to complete the building within the tight confines of the existing school boundaries, whilst not disrupting school activies. |

The Forge |

| The Forge in Sheffield is our largest scheme to date, with 1378 modules being installed in just 61 days. Installation rate was up to 40 modules per day at high points during the build with two cranes. |

| A highly complex London based scheme with over 200 bespoke designs. Woodland Court was designed in just 17 weeks, incorporating cantilevered modules, bay window modules and a completely scaffold free module installation. |

| Wedgewood Court, sited on London's Holloway Road, was Installed in just 11 weeks starting in late December 2009 at a rate of 6.88 modules per day. The design process, comprising 71 individually designed modules took just 26 weeks to complete, including an extra large 6.7m x 4.13m wide module. |

| The Great Suffolk Street development showcased a myriad of technical innovations, including the first large scale scaffold less installation undertaken by UMS, a new type of principle structure tie system, a new generation wiring system, which allowed for the entire development’s lighting to be fully wireless and pre-clad modules removing the need for access to Network Rail land to carry out cladding works. |
